The organizing committee is pleased to invite you to submit abstracts for poster presentation at the conference. Abstracts will be selected on a “first come first serve” basis. Deadline for abstract submission is August 31, 2012.
All abstracts must be submitted and presented in english, may not be longer than 300 words. Abstract titles hould be written in capital letters and may not be longer than 60 characters.
If an abstract is accepted, authors must attend the meeting and present in person. Abstracts are to be presented as a poster. The size of the poster should be 90 x 120 cm. A few presentations will be selected for short presentations. All accepted abstracts will be printed in the meeting abstract book. This book will be distributed to all participants at the meeting and is included in the registration fee.
Participants registered as students that present posters will get two student credit points.

EES will award one student attendee with a special grant to cover the entire conference fee, including registration and meals. In addition, the awardee will have his/her meeting abstract professionally edited by EES and will receive a cash award. All Master's, PhD and medical students who submit an article are eligible, and the awardee will be announced at the GDN4 conference in Oslo.
